The Governance Committee will be presenting the proposed Bylaw revision to all members on Saturday June 15, 2024 at 3 p.m. at the club.

The Committee values any feedback or suggestions from our members and encourage you to participate.

The Committee reviewed other Bylaws from Yacht Clubs including the Stockton Yacht Club and the Discovery Bay Yacht Club.

After receiving feedback from members the Committee will then present its recommendation to the Board for approval, then send the proposal to the membership for ratification as outlined in our current bylaws..
